Baesthetics – Treatment Policies
Please take a moment to read the policies for treatments at Baesthetics. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact us prior to your appointment.
-
By accessing our website and booking an appointment with Baesthetics, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
All content on this website is protected by copyright and trademark law. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book an appointment.
-
To book an appointment, you must provide accurate contact details including your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
Prior to your first appointment, you will be required to complete a medical history and consent form, which will be sent to you electronically.
All personal and medical information is treated with strict confidentiality and is protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent and will only be used for clinic-related communication.
You may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
-
You must be 18 years or over to receive treatment at Baesthetics.
If you appear under 18, you may be asked to present valid photo identification. Failure to provide suitable ID when requested will result in the appointment being unable to proceed and the loss of your booking fee.
-
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee or deposit at the time of booking.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
By paying a booking fee, you confirm your acceptance of these policies.
-
Baesthetics operates a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Failure to attend your appointment (a no-show) will also result in the loss of your booking fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to three times with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Further rescheduling may require a new booking fee.
Please ensure you are confident in your chosen appointment date before booking.
-
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee may be forfeited.
-
If you are unwell, have an active infection, or are currently taking antibiotics (excluding certain acne medications), your treatment may not be able to proceed.
If you attend your appointment while unfit for treatment after failing to disclose illness, your booking fee may be lost.
If you currently have a cold sore or feel one developing, you must not attend appointments for treatments such as lip filler, chin filler or nasolabial fold filler.
-
All new clients must attend a consultation and medical assessment prior to treatment.
There must be at least 72 hours between consultation and treatment. Please ensure you attend your consultation before booking your treatment appointment. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.
A cooling-off period may apply, and treatment may not be carried out on the same day as your consultation.
Botulinum toxin review appointments must be attended within 2–4 weeks of treatment. If the review period is missed, additional treatment or top-ups will not be provided.
-
Baesthetics reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time if it is considered medically unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
-
Due to the clinical nature of the environment, children and babies are not permitted in the clinic.
Treatments will not be carried out on anyone under the age of 18.
-
Treatment fees cover consultation and assessment, professional advice, medically safe and evidence-based treatment, and aftercare.
As treatment outcomes vary between individuals, results cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, Baesthetics does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results.
-
Baesthetics operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour towards staff.
Any such behaviour will result in immediate refusal of treatment, loss of booking fee and permanent refusal of future bookings.
-
Clients may be asked to consent to clinical photography for documentation, marketing or educational purposes.
Providing consent is entirely optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
